The police tracked down former British Navy officers Duncan Grant (67) and Allan Waters (63) to a slum in Colaba and produced them before the sessions court on Monday. The Supreme Court on Friday had upheld the sessions court's 2006 conviction of the duo who were found guilty of sexually abusing minor boys at Anchorage shelter homes at Colaba, Cuffe Parade and Murud.
