Police arrested two youths for fraudulently withdrawing Rs10,000 from a bank's automated machine teller (ATM) near Kalphana Talkies on LBS Marg in Kurla (east) on February 15. The accused -- Shailendra Mishra, 21, and Shivkumar Mishra, 20 - targeted people at the ATM centre and the money earned fraudulently was spent on partying and buying clothes.
